libconvert-base32-perl software package provides module for encoding and decoding of base32 strings, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-base32-perl
libconvert-base32-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-base32-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-base32-perl *
You will get with libconvert-base32-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
